Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns with monthly budgets ranging from $100,000 to $200,000.
  • Develop, write, and test compelling ad copy designed to maximize conversion rates.
  • Identify and optimize KPIs such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), retention rates, lifetime value (LTV), and other key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad assets (graphics, animations, or UGC) that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analyses to continuously improve ad performance.
  • Focus on scaling campaigns across multiple verticals (primarily US-based, with a global reach).
  • Manage campaigns in a fast-paced e-commerce and dropshipping environment, with a strong understanding of client products and target markets.
  • Work on optimizing product pages, sales funnels, and listicles to improve lead conversion.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Google Ads Media Buyer in e-commerce (dropshipping experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of handling high-budget ad accounts ($100K–$200K per month).
  • Strong experience analyzing and optimizing KPIs, including CTR, LTV, conversion rates, etc.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with international teams.
  • Hands-on experience creating ad copy and collaborating on visual content (text and graphics).
  • Familiarity with listicles and crafting product landing pages that drive sales.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve pre-defined goals in a high-paced, remote environment.
