Growth Analyst (Advertising & Marketing)

This is a compelling opportunity to be a part of an exciting new food company as we enter a critical growth stage. David is led by CEO Peter Rahal, the Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR ($600M exit to Kellogg in 2017). We have strong aspirations to become the most popular high-protein bar in North America and beyond.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Growth Analyst at David, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business forward by analyzing and executing growth strategies across various channels. You'll work directly with the Director of Growth to optimize our e-commerce presence, manage marketing agency relationships, and contribute to the development of our marketing strategy.

Digital Advertising Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X, and other emerging channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the advertising space.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the agency partners when applicable to allocate advertising budgets effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.), and recommend adjustments to improve results.

Explore New Advertising Channels:

  • Research and identify new avenues for advertising, including emerging platforms and innovative formats.
  • Evaluate the potential of new channels through small-scale tests and develop the ones deemed worthy.
  • Collaborate with the design and digital operations teams to create high-converting landing pages.
  • Analyze trends and provide recommendations for A/B testing on landing pages and websites to optimize performance.

Attribution and Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign attribution using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Tydo, or third-party attribution platforms to understand customer journeys.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize ad spend and improve marketing ROI.
  • Build and maintain dashboards or reports to communicate campaign performance and trends to internal stakeholders.

Content and Creative Development:

  • Work closely with the creative design team to develop compelling ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and design visuals that adhere to brand guidelines and support campaign goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to maximize effectiveness and improve results.

Practicalities:

This is a full-time role that includes:

  • Salary: $90-110k per year, inclusive of cash bonus based on attainment of company targets
