Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategy across all platforms
• Utilize AI to create and manage engaging blog content which is optimized for syndication
• Produce and optimize YouTube content to drive channel growth and revenue
• Implement organic social media growth strategies while maintaining authentic community engagement
• Manage and grow social media communities across all platforms
• Execute cross-platform content promotion strategies
• Develop and implement content repurposing strategies to maximize reach
• Monitor and report on all KPIs and revenue metrics

Performance Metrics:

• Organic follower growth targets (with bot monitoring and prevention)
• Blog traffic and revenue generation
• YouTube channel growth and revenue
• Community growth and engagement metrics

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Proven track record of growing social media audiences organically
• Strong writing skills with experience in blog content creation
• Experience with YouTube content creation and optimization
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Understanding of content syndication and monetization strategies
• Experience with bot detection and prevention strategies
