Interexchange, Inc. is seeking a Creative Director in New York, NY. The successful candidate will develop holistic marketing strategies for the organization and individual programs.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (foreign equivalent acceptable).
2. 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role managing the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
3. Employer will accept 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a related position in marketing campaign management in lieu of 1 year of baccalaureate study.
4. Experience developing and monitoring metrics around audience engagement and conversion.
5. Experience creating and managing annual forecasts and marketing budgets.

Salary: $157,040/year
