Senior Copywriter, Bilingual - Performance Creative

Client Overview: Our client, a tech/workout equipment company, is looking for a Senior Copywriter to join their team.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Senior Copywriter with a strong focus on Performance Marketing to join our in-house brand creative team. In this role, you will lead and execute mid and lower funnel evergreen and promotional creative that drive performance across paid digital channels, including social media, OLV/OTT, search, and display, among other media touchpoints. You will lead messaging and verbal execution in English and Spanish within our new performance creative group and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Writing: Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for a variety of digital marketing assets across paid digital channels.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Create and adapt content in both English and Spanish to support global campaigns and reach diverse audiences effectively.
  • Performance Focused: Partner with the performance marketing team to optimize copy for conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • A/B Testing: Collaborate with the team to deliver against creative briefs that ladder back to A/B test plans and digest creative performance presented by the Performance Creative Strategy team.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all copy adheres to brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines while appealing to specific target demographics.
  • Collaboration: Under the Associate Creative Director’s leadership, work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts.
  • Content Strategy: Contribute to the overall content strategy by providing insights into trends, audience behaviors, and the competitive landscape.
  • Quality Assurance: Edit and proofread all copy to ensure it’s free from errors and meets the highest standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in copywriting, preferably in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and editing), with the ability to craft high-quality copy in both languages.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing principles, including conversion optimization and A/B testing.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your copywriting skills, with examples of work across performance marketing campaigns.
