As the Graphic Designer/Webmaster, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand identity through compelling visuals and maintaining a strong, seamless online presence. As part of the marketing team, you’ll work collaboratively with our product, sales, and development teams to design and manage content that engages our audience and supports our business objectives.

  • Salary between $71k and $108k depending on qualifications and experience

Activities and Deliverables

  • Develop high-quality, on-brand designs for marketing materials, including digital assets, presentations, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures/tradeshow materials, and advertisements.
  • Create visually engaging designs for web pages, banners, and product imagery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with business goals.
  • Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience standards are met.
  • Implement website changes, including design updates, content uploads, and plugin management.
  • Perform routine site maintenance, monitor performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the website for SEO and conversions.
  • Ensure web compliance with accessibility standards and security best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
  • Experience in creating responsive designs and web-ready graphics.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, including theme customization (specifically Divi), plugin management, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years’ experience in graphic design with a marketing focus and/or managing content and production for high-traffic websites.
