Your new creative job:

1. Creating and maintaining style guides for our multi-brand product portfolio, currently 10 brands and over 150 products.
2. Using design elements such as color, typography, illustration, and photography to create striking and compelling layouts.
3. Designing packaging layouts using style guide assets and die-lines.
4. Designing creative catalog pages for our twice-yearly wholesale/dealer catalog.
5. Collaborating with the team to prioritize projects and manage workflow to ensure projects meet production deadlines.
6. Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of print production, color requirements, preflight packaging, and common print pitfalls to avoid.
7. Creating and maintaining a digital archive of all creative assets — organized and accessible in a collaborative design platform.
8. Participating in regular team and company meetings.

Requirements:

1. Self-starter who doesn't need micromanagement.
2. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe (InDesign a plus).
3. Efficient work style - ability to turn around projects quickly.
4. Ability to have a positive impact with our team and a high level of energy.

Output:

1. Packaging layout using die lines.
2. Catalog page building.
3. Product inserts and instruction sheets.
4. Sell sheet creation for sales team.
5. Image management and light re-touching.
6. Social media thumbnail image creation.
7. Creation of simple videos using our software - simple templates.
8. Trade show booth execution.
