Responsibilities:

1. Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand.
2. Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries.
3. Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information.
4. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
5. Provide accurate information regarding our services to assist customers effectively.
6. Go to networking events. Be the forward face of the company.

Qualifications:

1. 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors.
3. Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills.
4. Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations.
5. Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly (Bonus Available)
