Liskow, a law firm with offices in Louisiana, Texas, and New York, seeks a Marketing Assistant to join its marketing and business development team. The Marketing Assistant position supports the marketing projects and initiatives for the firm’s five offices and 150 attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and maintain marketing files and documents.
  2. Support the planning and execution of firm events, seminars, and webinars.
  3. Assist in digital marketing efforts, including email marketing and website updates.
  4. Maintain and coordinate inventory of branded collateral and promotional items.
  5. Assist in maintaining marketing databases, including marketing lists and contact information.
  6. Assist with PR initiatives and maintain media lists in the firm’s CRM.
  7. Assist with reporting and research using various systems, including the firm’s litigation research platform, accounting database, and CRM.
  8. Assist with research for client and potential client requests.
  9. Assist with firm blog postings and maintain the firm’s various blog sites.
  10. Assist the department with onboarding attorneys, including ordering business cards, uploading bios, and scheduling portraits.
  11. Maintain firm data and event folders in the CRM and email marketing system.
  12. Support various CRM projects, including handling data deduplications, undeliverable emails, and standardization activities.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate sponsorships and marketing requests for expenditures.
  2. Fill tables/tickets at sponsored events and record attendance in the firm’s CRM.
  3. Update and maintain the firm’s hotel corporate rates document.
  4. Assist with diversity reporting and tracking.
  5. Create and distribute firm surveys as needed.
  6. Update and maintain the marketing page hosted on the firm's internal Intranet.
  7. Coordinate and process marketing-related expenses.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience with customer relationship management tools and e-marketing platforms is preferred.
  3. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are essential.
  4. Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
