Job Description: Cage Point is hiring a full-time Assistant Digital Media Planner with 1 to 2 years of experience to assist in planning, managing, and tracking digital media for our CPG and finance and pharma clients. We are looking for an individual who is proficient in planning and analyzing media campaign performance and can provide strategic insightful campaign optimizations. The candidate must demonstrate a strong attention to detail, have excellent organization skills, be proficient in Excel, and understand optimization through A/B testing.
Overview / About the Job: Plan, negotiate and execute digital media plans. Responsible for managing day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountability
- Assist in digital media strategy development for top-tier clients
- Develop and manage digital media plans; negotiate and purchase media
- Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaign activities
- Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process
- Interact daily and maintain rapport with digital media publishers
- Analyze research data and media/marketing information; issues and reports information to clients
- Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance; assist in strategic analysis of campaigns
Years of Relevant Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in a junior level media planning/buying or ad ops position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Required experience with campaign management/ad serving/trafficking technology (i.e. DCM, and business manager)
- Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience analyzing data and market research
- Preferred working knowledge of first/third party platforms; Nielsen, Google Analytics, Meta, Adwords, DCM, etc.
- Self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills; ability to work with minimal direction
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Good presentation skills a plus
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues and vendors
- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
