Okperfect is hiring: 2D/3D Motion Designer in Los Angeles

Okperfect is the breakthrough social content agency for the Entertainment Industries.

In just four years, we have changed the conversation of what creative content can look like and have been recognized with 32 CLIO awards in the process. Merging a wide array of in-house expertise with a combined 50+ years of digital display experience, our work looks & performs differently.

We’re seeking a Motion Designer to collaborate with us on upcoming projects. This role will begin on a freelance or project-by-project basis, with the potential to evolve into a full-time position for the right fit.

We are looking for LA-based designers who can breathe life into their designs through motion. We are NOT seeking animators who dabble in design. If you live and breathe composition, color theory, typography, and then enjoy taking it further with motion, we’d love to connect.

Responsibilities:

• Design and animate engaging motion graphics & visuals for various digital platforms (social media, web, video, etc.)
• Collaborate with our creative team (art directors, editors, copywriters) to ideate, comp and execute.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate designs in a timely manner.
• Ensure all deliverables meet internal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2yrs experience in social content for the Entertainment industries
• Your static frames/designs must be as compelling as your animations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe & Maxon suites
• C4D MoGraph expert
• Ability to focus and perform under pressure
• Unequivocal passion & enthusiasm in honing your craft
• Video Editing chops
• Advanced knowledge of Arnold (C4DtoA)
