The Smart TV demand generation lead role is responsible for establishing the sales plan, demand generation strategies, and then overseeing all of the category inputs required to hit/exceed the plan. They lead a broad and cross-functional set of stakeholders across Amazon Devices and with external partners.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Demand Generation: Developing new sales and marketing programs to accelerate customer adoption of Amazon’s Smart TVs.
  2. Pricing and Promotions: Work with partners to execute their pricing strategy to maximize demand potential for Smart TVs. Manage annual promotional budget working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive visibility of these offers across channels.
  3. Marketing: Working with channel owners to drive owned and operated channels of onsite merchandising, detail page conversion rates, cross shopping strategies, etc.
  4. Business Planning: Building annual and long-range end-to-end sales plans in collaboration with internal/external partners and finance.
  5. Business Reviews/Category Performance: Own WBRs/QBRs/Annual Sales Plans and share up to VP/SVP.
  6. Roadmap: Working with the GTM lead, and product management, for TVs to inform the hardware/software roadmap based upon customer insights, data trends, category trends.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
