The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the marketing and communications team by managing administrative tasks, content updates, and event logistics. This position ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day marketing activities and larger campaigns, contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives that enhance Radiation Business Solutions' visibility.


As a critical team player, the Marketing Coordinator helps maintain organization within the department while assisting in the execution of campaigns and ensuring efficiency in all marketing efforts.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•Ensure all marketing processes are well-coordinated and administrative tasks are completed promptly.

•Support the team in keeping marketing materials, websites, and social media channels up to date.

•Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns to deliver positive outcomes.

•Manage schedules and timelines for campaigns and events.

•Maintain organized records of marketing materials and projects.

•Assist with routine reporting and data entry tasks.

•Help update content on websites, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

•Assist in proofreading and ensuring brand consistency in all published materials.

•Coordinate with vendors for design and production tasks.

•Support logistics, such as sign-ups, travel arrangements, and materials preparation.

•Assist with post-event follow-ups and tracking performance outcomes.

•Help schedule and publish social media posts as directed by the marketing team.

•Assist in compiling data for digital marketing performance reports.

•Support webinar hosting and coordination.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

•1-2 years of professional experience in a support or administrative role within a marketing or communications team.

•Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
