Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join the Global Marketing & Communications team at Ada Infrastructure. This role is a unique opportunity to be at the intersection of marketing and sales, supporting a variety of key initiatives that help drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility. As a Marketing Associate, you will manage and execute marketing events, campaigns, support sales teams, oversee social media efforts, and work on strategic community engagement projects. This position requires someone with strong project management skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, webinars, client meetings, and industry conferences. Responsibilities include handling logistics, event promotion, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up to ensure optimal participation and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Leadership and Sales teams to ensure events align with business goals and effectively promote our services and solutions.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement on digital platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends within the data center industry and create content that positions the company as an industry thought leader.
  • Assist with the management of the Salesforce Pardot platform, including campaign creation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of Pardot-driven campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned, including content development, marketing research, competitive analysis, and other cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Provide general admin support such as meeting coordination, expense reports, etc. as needed
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the company’s goals, brand standards, and strategic objectives.

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of marketing or relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot, social media platforms, website management (CMS), and event coordination is preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and interact with senior leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
  • Proactive problem solver with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, software, and technologies in the marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

Actual compensation offered will be finalized at offer and may be above the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer represents the components of our total package.

The work for this position will be conducted in an office environment.
