Formerra’s Marketing Specialist will plan, develop and execute targeted strategies to yield high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility, expanding the company's reach and driving revenue growth. The Marketing Specialist will leverage research and trends to identify target audiences and implement strategies to generate leads. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing Communications, Sales, Product Management) to ensure initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned with Formerra’s growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on target markets and industries, understand the needs and pain points of potential clients, and develop tailored outreach strategies to engage them effectively.
  • Identify and investigate prospect companies and contacts that align with Formerra’s ideal customer profile and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain lead generation database.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems and regularly update the sales team on the status of leads and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to develop compelling content that attracts high-quality leads.
  • Work closely with Product Management to ensure that campaigns are supporting supplier goals and objectives.
  • Partner with sales team to determine new lead gen strategies, analyze data and examine existing lead generation strategies
  • Define and track KPIs that reflect the success of lead generation strategies, adjusting as needed to optimize results and meet KPIs.
  • Remain current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably for a B2B company, with an emphasis on market research and lead generation
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage and analyze lead data.
  • Experience with research and analytics platforms (D&B Hoovers, Excel, Tableau, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).
  • Understanding of lead generation metrics including CTR, impressions, conversion rates.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly sales and product management.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
