• Identify and engage with potential clients such as real estate agents, brokers, and homebuyers fostering long-term relationships to drive referrals.
• Attend networking events, open houses, and real estate industry gatherings to promote services.
• Showcase the company's services to real estate professionals and their clients demonstrating how the company meets client needs, emphasizing value and benefits.
• Schedule and conduct regular in-person visits with real estate professionals to maintain relationships.
• Work closely with the operations team to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide feedback to leadership about customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for the company to improve its services.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by closing deals and increasing referral business.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and partners through strong communication and empathy.
• Sales Acumen: Confidence in promoting products or services and handling objections.
