About the Role:  

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to maintain the company’s creative assets and brand consistency for all design projects. You will be responsible for maintaining promotional content, advertising, and print/digital materials.

This is a full-time hybrid position at our office located in Cerritos, CA reporting to the Creative Services Manager. 
 

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Create promotional images/content for web or print   
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, error-free, and on-brand  
• Prep and release files for production  
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements within brand guidelines  
• Design multiple variations for proposal and present ideas and concepts 
• Study design briefs and execute on deliverables  
• Research and communicate with various vendors for project solutions   
• Provide creative guidance during project consultation and planning   
• Maintain awareness of industry/design trends, and implement as needed  
• Work with Copywriters and Project Manager to produce drafts and deliverables  
• Work closely within the Marketing Department, as well as with clients, adjacent internal departments, third party vendors, and our company’s international branches to produce print and digital collateral/assets for marketing, trade shows, and e-commerce   
• Prepare and organize presentation slides for various recaps or proposals 

Essential Qualifications:    

• Ability to commute to our office (Cerritos, CA) minimum 2 days per week  
• BFA or BA Degree in Graphic Design or related field   
• Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite  
• At least 5 years of professional work experience in the field with a strong online or digital portfolio    
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment  
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with other designers  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills   
• Exceptional organization skills and time management   
• Must work well in a team and have a positive, goal-oriented attitude   
• Detail-oriented and good sense of making design pieces visually appealing to different audiences   
• Strong understanding of creative design with marketing intent that is functional yet aesthetically engaging 
• Enthusiasm for the design process   
• Attentiveness to different projects goals    
• Ability to travel (up to 5% of schedule) for business trips and tradeshows 

Bonus Qualifications:  

• Experience with 2D illustrations  
• Experience with CAD  
• Experience with UI/UX and web design  
• Experience with animation software

Pay Rate Range:  

• $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
