The Sr. Full Stack Web Developer will provide front-end enhancements and software development while also supporting back-end delivery and web application stability. This individual will also provide operational support to both internal departments and end users for all systems within the CCA and B, LLC Digital ecosystem. These systems include the organization's CMS (WordPress), cloud-based hosting infrastructures (AWS), ecommerce solutions (Shopify), email and SMS marketing platforms (Mailchimp and Attentive), mobile apps, game development, domain routing/management systems, reporting systems, and other third-party SaaS solutions. They will also architect and design new web-based features, particularly as it relates to user experience, user interfaces, and accessibility.
The Sr. Full Stack Web Developer will directly supervise external and internal resources to ensure that digital marketing systems are meeting the needs of all stakeholders under the direction of the Director of Web Application Development.

The Sr. Full Stack Web Developer will directly supervise external and internal resources to ensure that digital marketing systems are meeting the needs of all stakeholders under the direction of the Director of Web Application Development.
The Sr. Full Stack Web Developer will:
- Develop and implement custom WordPress plugins and themes that enhance the usability, speed, experience and ease of use of TLC websites;
- Develop, test and deploy mobile responsive features;
- Provide development implementation and ongoing DevOps (CI/CD) support for all digital marketing systems to both internal and external customers and partners. These systems include ecommerce, web sites, email/SMS marketing, public/private apps, CMS systems, domain routing/management systems, reporting/analytics systems, accessibility/regulatory systems, and other third-party SaaS solutions;
- Develop custom reports / queries for website and user analytics (Google Analytics, MySQL, and/or SQL);
- Define, design, and develop the infrastructure that securely and compliantly houses TLC customer content;
- Assist Customer Service in implementing custom automation rules, triggers and macros for ticket management within Zendesk Customer Service System;
- Manage third party application integrations via Application Program Interfaces (APIs) (Cloud SaaS integrations);
- Consult with the development of custom HTML email templates;
- As business grows, make expert recommendations on new systems to facilitate compelling and compliant customer experiences;
- Lead in troubleshooting and problem solving as needed;
- Provide systems training to both internal marketing team members and other departments to ensure that systems are fully understood and utilized;
- Create and conduct user acceptance testing and manage Quality Assurance (QA) process, responsible for internal testing prior to release for User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all digital IT systems;
- Proactively monitor, report and make recommendations regarding the scalability, performance and availability of our systems;
- Monitor and protect all TLC systems from cyber attacks (DDoS, Script Injection, etc.);
- Regularly train for and learn new security risks for all production platforms and conduct necessary recommendations/system patches as needed;
- Support IT initiatives and projects as directed by IT Leadership; and
- Protect company assets through the proper management of asset files and adherence to company policy regarding information security and management.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Minimum of seven years of experience working in web development;
- Minimum of five years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL and/or MySQL) and API development;
- Minimum of five years of experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environments;
- Minimum of three years of experience with custom WordPress development, including a solid understanding of the configuration, implementation, management, theme and plugin development, and support of WordPress (a background with other Content Management Systems is a plus);
- Prior consulting or client service delivery experience is a plus;
- Experience with developing reports, workflows and metrics within software environments;
- Knowledge of SaaS integration solutions via open APIs;
- Track record of building engaging end-consumer experiences for leading or emerging brands;
- Strong experience managing and supporting ecommerce solutions (such as Shopify);
- Strong experience with web programming technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL/SQL, React, and A-Frame. Experience with interactive JavaScript, sprites etc. is a plus;
- Strong experience in web development (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery);
- Extensive experience working with client-side libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS and jQuery;
- Experience with Symfony (2 and 3) is a plus;
- Understanding of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design best practices;
- Ability to multi-task with a keen sense of how to handle and respond to multiple open issues;
- Strong project management and software lifecycle management skills; Ability to handle multiple deliverables, organize, and prioritize projects using waterfall, SCRUM, Agile methodologies; experience with Jira, Workfront, or related PM platforms;
- Motivated from within and can work independently;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills;
- Preferred experience managing cloud-based infrastructures in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including but not limited to serverless functions, container management and architecture
- Experience in multi-platform mobile app development and publishing (iOS, Android); and
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Zendesk a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required in related fields such as Computer Science/ Information Systems. If experience is strong, a non-Computer Science degree or equivalent experience may suffice.
