Commercial Lines Producer – Insurance Agency

Location: Worcester, MA

A well-established mid-sized insurance agency in Worcester is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team. We specialize in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance, providing customized solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Assess client risk exposures and recommend appropriate Property & Casualty insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate coverage terms and pricing.
• Maintain a deep understanding of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
• Provide exceptional client service by managing policy renewals, endorsements, and claims inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer in an insurance agency.
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Active P&C insurance license required; Life insurance license is a plus.
