Job Summary: Evereden is seeking a socially-native, motivated and detail-oriented Content & Community Associate to support our brand marketing and social media efforts. This role is perfect for a digital-savvy storyteller who is passionate about creating engaging, platform-specific content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, while building strong connections with our community of brand fans. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in growing our brand audience and awareness with captivating social content, growing our ambassador network, and fostering brand loyalty by engaging virtual and in person events. Your work will contribute to creating positive brand experiences and building lasting relationships with our key customers and content creators.
Responsibilities Concept, film, and edit engaging, trend-driven content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, optimized for performance and reach. Manage content calendar across all social platforms, responding to trends quickly and ensuring content aligns with overarching marketing goals and calendar. Manage communications with social media community via comments and DMs Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to inform content creation and strategy adjustments. Collaborate with creative team and content creators to execute platform-specific content strategies. Create and present monthly recaps of social content performance with growth-oriented mindset. Cultivate and nurture relationships with brand fans, influencers, and advocates to grow a vibrant, loyal community. Partner with marketing team to create challenges, polls, and initiatives to increase engagement among brand ambassadors. Assist in developing and maintaining grassroots partnerships with brand-relevant organizations Assist in planning curated IRL and virtual events for ambassadors, VIP customers, and content creators.
Qualifications 1-2 years experience concepting, filming, and editing social media content for TikTok, Youtube, and Instagram for either a personal or brand account, with a portfolio of top-performing posts. Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, best practices, and audience behavior. Deep understanding of the generation alpha (age 6-18) consumer and their social media habits. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with a creative eye for visual aesthetics. Passion for community building and creating meaningful connections. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to use data to drive decisions. A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Familiarity with skincare and beauty industries is a plus. Ages 18+ only

The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
