Do you have a passion for creating visually stunning content and elevating brand experiences through innovative design? At JARS Cannabis, we're seeking an experienced

Junior Graphic Designer

with a strong creative flair and an eagerness to help shape the future of our brand.

We're looking for individuals with

prior experience in graphic design ,

preferably within the cannabis industry . This is an

in-person role only , with no remote option available. Candidates must be willing to work a

flexible schedule , including evenings and weekends when needed.

What You'll Do:

Design daily deals graphics for emails, texts, and digital ads

Manage and update digital screen content across retail locations

Develop promotional visuals for in-store TVs, ATMs, and online platforms

Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life

Requirements:

Minimum of 21 years old

Eligible to obtain and hold a Facility Agent Card

Strong design experience, preferably in the cannabis industry

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Ability to stand for long periods during events and lift 50+ lbs

Effective project management, time management, and collaboration skills

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights or weekends when necessary
