UX Designer (Remote) Job at Clear Story in Orlando

Responsibilities ⁠ ⁠Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions ⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain user personas, user journeys, and service blueprints ⁠ ⁠Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for digital products ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business goals and user needs ⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and assets ⁠ ⁠Plan and conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions ⁠ ⁠Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Requirements ⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction ⁠ ⁠Portfolio that showcases your UX design process, thinking, and solutions ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and design thinking ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills ⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
