Job Summary

The Marketing & PR Coordinator is responsible for implementing marketing and public relations strategies to promote Care Alliance Health Center (CAHC)'s services, strengthen its brand, and attract new patients. This role involves creating and managing content for digital platforms, overseeing promotional campaigns, and ensuring that CAHC's messaging reflects its mission to provide equitable access to healthcare for underserved communities. The Marketing & PR Coordinator collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistent and engaging communications.


Marketing & Content Development

· Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and other communication channels.

· Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, videos, and digital advertisements to support CAHC initiatives and services.

· Implement marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition and retention, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


Public Relations & Media Engagement

· Draft press releases, manage media inquiries, and coordinate interviews to enhance CAHC's visibility and public image.

· Monitor and analyze media coverage, identifying opportunities for positive exposure and community partnerships.

· Develop and nurture relationships with local media outlets and influencers to promote CAHC's services and programs.


Campaign Performance & Analytics

· Use analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize communication strategies and increase patient engagement.

Collaboration & Coordination

· Partner with the Outreach & Engagement Manager and Community Engagement Coordinators to align marketing efforts with grassroots outreach and patient attraction goals.

· Work with internal departments to ensure all communication materials are consistent with CAHC's branding and strategic objectives.

· Support CAHC leadership in preparing communication materials for organizational updates, community events, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements:

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.

· At least 2 years of experience in public relations, digital marketing, or content creation. Experience in healthcare marketing or nonprofit communications is preferred.

· Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to design engaging content and evaluate campaign success.

· Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting press releases and crafting marketing materials.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising best practices.
