The Head of Healthcare Product Marketing will play a pivotal role in defining and executing go-to-market strategies for integrated payments solutions designed for Hospitals, Health Systems and Medical Practices. This person will work with Product Management, Sales, Channel Marketing and other functions to drive awareness, demand generation and customer engagement across our direct and partner distribution channels and will collaborate with product management to provide meaningful insights to inform product roadmaps and future product strategy. Key areas of responsibility: Product Positioning and Messaging:

Develop and refine product positioning that uniquely differentiates Elavon’s payments solutions for the healthcare space aimed at Hospitals, Health Systems, and Medical Practices of all sizes. Go to Market Strategy:

Design and activate go-to-market strategies for the Elavon Healthcare Solutions, ensuring cross-functional alignment and successful market adoption, activation and usage. Clearly define routes to market strategy across direct and indirect sales channels. Support new product launches, coordinating internal and external communications, sales enablement and channel marketing. Customer and Market Insights:

Conduct voice of customer, voice of sales research as well as other market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, pain points and jobs to be done as well as opportunities for differentiation in the healthcare industry. Use these insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. Sales Enablement and Support:

Build out and maintain a sales playbook, client presentations, collateral, case studies and technical collateral requests to support efforts to engage customers and close deals. Coordinate with internal training. Content Development:

Lead the creation of product related thought leadership, white papers, and other content to demonstrate Elavon’s expertise in the healthcare market as well as the financial and business impact of using Elavon’s solutions. Adoption, Engagement and Usage:

Partner with Channel Marketing, Digital, and Corporate Marketing to develop and implement integrated campaigns that drive adoption, engagement and usage of Elavon’s products and services. Tracking and reporting of marketing activities. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results Preferred Skills/Experience: Advanced knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and U.S. Bancorp's products and services Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Agility in thinking and delivery, along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goals Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus Benefits: Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
