The Associate Director, U.S. Cardiometabolic/Rare Disease HCP Marketing, is a critical role within the Business Unit. By leading, planning, and implementing multiple HCP marketing efforts, this role will ensure the integration of diverse marketing elements to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will support strategic and operational analysis as well as take a lead role in driving large projects within the business, allowing for deep insight and access to business strategy and marketing direction. Key core responsibilities will include digital marketing, speaker programs, conventions/congresses, and launch readiness/go-to-market planning. This position will contribute to the success and growth of the Cardiometabolic/Rare disease portfolio and will report to the Executive Director, CBU Marketing Lead.

Partnering with brand leadership, sales leadership, marketing, and market access to set marketing strategy, find opportunities, gaps, and solutions to drive commercial success. Assisting in operational analysis, analyzing existing business strategy, and deriving recommendations to drive ad-hoc projects within the business, allowing for improved understanding in support of marketing execution. Leading the implementation of innovative HCP digital marketing strategies and programs in the US market. Leading KOL engagement and HCP Speaker program strategy and tactical execution. Driving and managing Patient Diagnosis efforts such as sponsored genetic testing programs for the brand. This role may be for you if:
You have US HCP Marketing Experience. You bring rare disease experience and/or launch experience strongly preferred. You are proactive and able to prioritize. You can operate in a high-paced launch environment. You leverage strong project and process skills with attention to detail. In order to be considered qualified for this role, we expect you to have 7+ years of diverse commercial experience preferred, including consulting experience. We also expect you to have at least 2-5 years of US Pharmaceutical/Biotech Marketing Experience. A Bachelor's degree is required, but an advanced degree is preferred.
