Schwartz/Silver Architects, an award-winning architecture and planning firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Boston office. We are passionate about our work and believe every project deserves high quality design. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and driven to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The applicant must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, possess a strong graphic sense, work efficiently, and demonstrate composure under multiple deadlines. This position works closely with Schwartz/Silver’s principals to implement the firm’s marketing efforts, including assisting with tracking leads, qualifications packages, proposals, and office publicity. This is a full-time position, although we are flexible and part-time is possible. Our firm has adopted a hybrid work model with both remote and in-office days. We are located a short walk from South Station. Responsibilities
Work with the firm’s principals to develop and assist in the production of responses to RFQs and RFPs. Work with the principals to explore and track upcoming opportunities. Coordinate the preparation for project interviews, including developing PowerPoint presentations and critiquing rehearsals. Assist with firm publicity, including awards submissions, publications, etc. Assist with updating the office website. Assist with office social media sites including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, graphic design, architecture, or similar. 0 to 5 years of similar marketing experience. Prior experience with A/E/C firms preferred, but not required. Great organizational skills and is detail oriented. Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills. Good graphic skills. Experience with Adobe suite, particularly InDesign, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work on multiple projects at once, while working with principals to prioritize firm marketing efforts. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Schwartz/Silver does not offer H-1B visa sponsorship for this position.
