At Bachman's, the Content Manager is responsible for editing and copywriting across Bachman's Retail and Business Divisions. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong editing skills to maintain a consistent tone and voice. The Content Manager will also create fresh, engaging content for social media and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience preferences. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing various social media platforms to achieve marketing and communication objectives.
Job Duties:
- Review, edit, and proofread all marketing content for accuracy, consistency, and brand voice.
- Write compelling copy for promotional materials, email campaigns, product descriptions, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and create content tailored to audience needs.
- Develop engaging content for Bachman's social media platforms.
- Maintain a fresh, on-brand tone and voice that resonates with followers and drives engagement.
- Schedule posts and monitor real-time interactions to foster a strong online community.
- Assist in the creation of seasonal campaigns and initiatives to support retail and business goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align messaging and creative assets across channels.
- Support divisional sales managers in creating and executing content marketing plans to reach target audiences.
- Monitor the performance of content and campaigns through analytical tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content strategies based on performance data.
- Assist managers with evaluating KPIs and optimizing campaign performance using a data-driven approach.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Marketing or related field, or relevant experience.
- Advanced attention to detail.
- 3+ years content administration.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build effective working relationships with individuals in a variety of business functions.
- Knowledge and experience in a retail environment and managing social media accounts.
- Horticulture knowledge and interest is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Suites and Microsoft Office.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, weekends and additional hours possible during peak times.
Compensation: $55K-$60K yearly.
