We’re looking for a Creative Video Producer to bring our marketing video content to life. In this role, you’ll take projects from idea to final delivery, managing every step of the creative process. You’ll work on a variety of engaging digital media, including video ads, content for our YouTube channel and social media, materials for our experience centers, eLearning modules, presentations, and on-demand projects.

You’ll storyboard, script, shoot, and edit video content, ensuring it’s impactful and professionally executed. Alongside creating, you’ll also manage projects by tracking progress, coordinating feedback, and keeping everyone aligned. This role involves collaboration across teams and sometimes working with external agencies to meet deadlines and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and produce a wide variety of professional quality videos including product how-to, testimonial, and promotional video content from concept to completion focusing primarily on social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  2. Conceptualize, storyboard, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content that communicates the benefits of Hanwha Vision’s solutions and offerings to support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
  3. Video interviews, tradeshows, customer events and other projects as assigned.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments on projects and assignments to craft stories that are consistent with the company's brand strategy.
  5. Identify and procure shooting locations, products, and related materials when necessary.
  6. Operate, maintain, and set-up photography, video, audio, and lighting equipment.
  7. Stay up to date with the latest industry and competitor trends and suggest new content ideas.
  8. Pack and transport video cameras and other associated equipment to all necessary locations.
  9. Ensure content adheres to corporate branding guidelines while being able to articulate theory behind your concepts.
  10. Present project statuses, concepts, and ideas to internal stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for:

  1. A highly motivated self-starter with the ability to operate independently with minimum supervision.
  2. Experience in shooting and producing live and product centered video and photography with an impeccable eye for detail.
  3. An aptitude for creative style in filming, directing, editing video, and the implementation of copy and typography.
  4. Proficient in the use of video, audio, and lighting equipment.
  5. Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite on Mac (Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Audition). Knowledge of KeyShot or 3D environment is a plus.
  6. Committed to meeting deadlines and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Works well in an agile, fast moving team environment with shifting project direction.

Skills and requirements:

  1. Four-year degree from an accredited institution in digital cinematography, film, marketing, communications, video production, fine arts or related field.
  2. Expert knowledge with Sony FX3 Cameras, DJI Gimbals and lighting equipment.
  3. Still photography to cover events using a Sony a7R.
  4. Experience in 2D/3D animation is a PLUS.
  5. Experience shooting, directing, editing and producing short form videos including product introduction, interviews, events, testimonial, demo and how-to’s for use across social media and other digital channels including YouTube and LinkedIn.
  6. Expertise with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
  7. At least 3-5 years of experience with a creative agency or in-house marketing team creating video for recognized global brands.
  8. Access to a personal vehicle for transporting equipment and other necessary materials.
  9. Ability to fabricate and finish set pieces for use during video projects.
  10. Some Travel is required. Up to 20%.
  11. A link to your portfolio is required for consideration.
