About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Graphic design support:
   1. Assist in creating engaging visuals for digital and print media, including banners, social media graphics, websites, and marketing materials.
   2. Work on logo design, branding, typography, and other graphic design tasks as required.
   3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing assets that align with brand guidelines.
2. UX/UI design assistance:
   1. Help in wireframing, prototyping, and designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
   2. Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and behavior.
   3. Assist in creating interactive prototypes and design mockups.
   4. Ensure designs are responsive and provide excellent usability across various devices.
3. Collaboration & feedback:
   1. Work closely with senior designers, developers, and product teams to ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
   2. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
   3. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into the design process.
4. Continuous learning & development:
   1. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design, UX/UI, and digital technologies.
   2. Take the initiative to learn new design techniques and software that can enhance the team's workflow.

Other Requirements:

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in graphic design, UX/UI design, web design, or a related field.
2. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
3. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design processes.
4. Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required.
5. A portfolio showcasing both graphic design and UX/UI design projects is essential.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
7. Detail-oriented with a passion for creating clean, user-friendly designs.
8. A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to take constructive feedback.
