Multimedia Designer Job at Fourth Floor in Culver City

Our cosmetic client is seeking a Multimedia Designer to join their team in Culver City!

Pay rate: $35-37/HR

Responsibilities:

1. Graphic /Multimedia Design: Create a high volume of assets across all channels and mediums including but not limited to event designs, motion graphics, social and print designs for experiential moments.
2. 3D Design for Experiential Builds: Create concepts and 3D designs for physical activations, including large-scale live events, pop-ups, retail environments, and interactive installations.
3. Build & Fabrication Support: Deliver technical files and collaborate with production and fabrication teams to ensure seamless physical builds and installations from renders for Tradeshows, Pop-Ups, Mailers, Set Designs, and Retail Spaces.
4. Project Management: Have a streamlined process and workflow between partners in order to get projects finished successfully, on a day-to-day basis.
5. Take concepts from the design phase of development through to final execution.
6. Demonstrates understanding and interest of all 3D Experience Design pillars, including, and not limited to: Drafting, Materials, rendering visualization, Spatial design.
7. Proven ability in CG techniques including lighting, compositing, texturing, and shading.
8. Manages multiple projects with fast deadlines, thriving in a dynamic environment.
9. Stays abreast of the competitive design landscape to better understand brand objectives, target audience, and industry trends to share back with the larger team.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing and internal communication.
