Join our Team
Four Seasons Hotel Denver is seeking a Social Media & Public Relations Coordinator with experience delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Social Media and Digital – 60%
- Create curated content with direction from the Director of Public Relations to amplify key messages and tell a story consistent with our hotel and Four Seasons brand identity.
- Manage and monitor the hotel’s presence on social media networks (primarily Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter).
- Responsible for guest and community engagement on relevant social media channels.
- Utilize available programs to integrate User Generated Content.
- Manage online and social reputation for Hotel and Restaurants.
- Contribute to corporate social media initiatives and implement local partnerships for cross-promotional opportunities.
- Manage social media analytics and report results.
- Monitor the hotel’s presence on relevant websites and ensure content accuracy.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer service issues in digital spaces.
- Prepare monthly Social Media Reports.
- Update and maintain property website and app with direction from the Director of Public Relations.
- Create and coordinate monthly email blasts with input from the Director of Public Relations.
- Assist with video and photo shoots as needed.
Public Relations/Marketing - 35%
- Produce weekly and monthly reports for in-house teams and PR Agency.
- Assist with planning and implementing media coverage and promotions.
- Conduct media and influencer property tours.
- Manage PR/editorial tracking and create monthly recaps.
- Attend PR/F&B/Spa marketing meetings and hotel promotional events.
Additional Functions – 5%
- Assist with guest inquiries within the sales and marketing department.
- Proofread all marketing material.
- Perform various office administration responsibilities.
Desired Skills and Experience
- College graduate.
- At least one year of social media and online marketing experience.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Extremely organized with attention to detail.
- Computer savvy with Microsoft Office.
