Packaging Studio Manager Job at Engaging Talent LLC in Lakewood Township

A confection business is looking for a Packaging Studio Manager. The right candidate has 5 years or more of managing packaging timelines, processes, and tracking systems for the Packaging Design team of 5 plus freelancers. Report directly to the Creative Director. Be responsible for keeping projects on time and on budget, and also being able to have a 360 view of where projects are in the system, and whether extra help is warranted. Knowledge of software tracking systems required.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee work from beginning to hand-off to Production.
2. Manage process, project management, budgets, and assignments.
3. Track progress on multiple SKUs on multiple projects.

Qualifications

1. Specific experience managing food and/or beverage packaging.
2. Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.
3. Able to work under pressure, independently, and be a problem solver.
