We are looking for a Video Engineer (V1) to work at the Dallas Branch in Irving, TX.
The salary range for this role is $70,000-90,000.
We are only considering experienced live event working engineers/technicians who are well seasoned with the rigors of portable large venue HD projection, LED walls, HD Camera Rigs, Video Engineering & AV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and encourage the job mission to clients and other INSPIRE team members.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to interact seamlessly with both sales and operation team members.
- Ability to interact with clients on-site in the absence of an Account Executive or Production Manager.
- Prepare, specify, and coordinate equipment for the event.
- Aid in sustaining INSPIRE's quality standards and profitability.
- Demonstrate evidence of organization and answerability in position.
- Assist the company in strategies for a safe and green working environment.
- Pull Equipment, Load In, Set up, Operate, Takedown, Loadout & Shop duties.
- AV Tech duties as needed.
- Coordinate Show & On-site requirements, Show Labor coordination.
- Warehouse & Equipment Responsibilities.
- Train staff on proper usage and maintenance of video equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience, Skills, & Qualities:
- Video Switching (Barco, Panasonic, Roland, FOR.A, etc.), Rec/Playback Op, TD, Multi-camera shoots, Cam Op, Live Streaming.
- Projectionist (blending/warping), stacking projection, LED Videowalls.
- Strong computer skills - proficient with Keynote/PowerPoint, Playback Pro, and other related presentation software.
- Will have 3-5+ years of experience setting up and operating large-scale production video equipment and video recording and playback systems.
- Working familiarity with R2 Rental Management Software.
- Must be well-versed with working knowledge and experience in using an array of live events video equipment utilized for video imaging, processing, switching, and projection, including projector blending.
- Must be able to read and understand floor plans and venue CAD drawings. Knowledge and/or experience with LED technology is a plus.

- Excellent customer service skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact well with clients both internal and external.
- Maintain a professional image in compliance with company appearance/dress code.
