Instructional Designer Job at Compunnel Inc. in San Jose

Instructional Designer resource will provide Epic training support for the integration of Regional Medical Center (RMC), a facility that is in the process of being acquired by the County of Santa Clara. Prior to go-live, the resource will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training sessions to end users. Following go-live, the resource will provide hands-on, at-the-elbow support for end users to address any issues, answer questions, and provide real-time assistance. Required Skills & Abilities: Ability to quickly modify Epic training to fit new workflows. Train in person classes (up to 9 hours per day). Provide at-the-elbow support in person (up to 12 hours a day). Must have two or more years of experience designing, developing, and delivering Epic training for one of the following applications: Cogito. Certifications: Epic curriculum certification or accreditation in one of the following: Cogito. Training Environment Build (preferred).
