Summary of the position:
•The Video Production Specialist serves as the primary video content
producer for all Church related ministries pre-produced/post-produced
content, capture, and distribution. This position is responsible for all matters
related to post-produced video content, storytelling, and image quality at
BRAVE Church. This position oversees, leads, and supports all staff,
contractors, creatives and volunteers for countdowns, bumpers,
testimonies, podcasts, etc. This position requires a qualified individual with
competencies in pre-production planning, video production, capturing,
editing, content delivery, leadership, organization, team building, problem
solving, self-starting and collaboration.

II. Experience and Knowledge Required:
•Ability to work with a team guided by biblical truth
•Ability to tell a story with visuals and audio
•Experience and working knowledge of video editing software: Adobe
Premiere or Davinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and
Cinema 4D is a plus
•DSLR and Cinema Camera Experience
•4K workflow or greater experience
•Ability to teach and train volunteers
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously

III. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
•Primary Duties:
o Serve as the lead video producer for all video content creation,
management & distribution
o Edit, produce and publish video content for BRAVE Church and its
ministry partners
o Edit, produce and publish all podcasts for Pastor Jeff Ministries
o Edit, produce and publish all testimonials and God at work stories

o Help create social media content for BRAVE church and Pastor Jeff
Ministries
o Lead, train, and develop staff and volunteers in all areas of video prepost-
production
o Capture high quality/4k footage during live events such as services,
events, First Tuesdays and students
•Secondary Duties:
o Work with leaders to pre-produce, shoot, edit, and deliver high quality
video content for services, events, ministries and social media
o Maintain digital media file archive system of all BRAVE related video
content
o Assist in the creative planning process, design, and content delivery for
major events
o Perform regular maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting and/or
repairing video related equipment as problems and/or issues arise

IV. Work Hours and Benefits
•Full-time hours (40 hours weekly expected)
•Pay based on experience
•Must be able to work Sundays
•Flexible with the ability to work an irregular schedule, including evenings
and weekends

•Formal training or technical degree with certification or equivalent
combination of education and experience (typically 4+ years
preferred)
•Experience in a variety of production environments and venues
(live, studio, and post)

complex tasks with exactitude (excellence in all you do)
•Able to prioritize tasks to support the vision and mission of BRAVE
Church
•Able to work and operate independently with minimal supervision
and/or instruction
•Leader of people; individuals, teams, staff and volunteers combined
•Advanced knowledge and ability to operate and troubleshoot
technical equipment
•Multi-site church production experience
•Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines
•Humble, trustworthy, flexible, meticulous and hard working
•Excellent administrative, managerial, organizational, and leadership
skills with exceptional interpersonal competencies
