Job Description
Primary Function of Position:

We are seeking a presentation design expert to lead the strategy, execution, and design management of communication initiatives for key business units. This role requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and may extend to additional media outlets.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic design thinker who excels in collaboration and can distill complex or abstract ideas into extraordinary visual stories that are on-brand and original. You should have confidence in your craft to support a wide range of stakeholders, from executive leadership to product marketers. You are a self-starter with a mature attitude toward design feedback, work quickly to get the job done accurately, and have an eye for detail. You are curious, passionate, and a quick learner of complex information to become a subject matter expert in your work and Intuitive's technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities: Distill complex and abstract concepts into relevant and simple presentations. Work with business leaders to understand and articulate vision and strategy. Build visually engaging presentations for a variety of audiences that are intuitive, meaningful, and easy to comprehend. Build relationships across teams to elevate visual storytelling initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, internal executives, and designers to turn ideas into professional presentations. Handle multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications
Skills, Experience, Education, and Training:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience. At least 6+ years of presentation design experience. A diverse and robust portfolio of compelling visual presentations. Advanced command of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote. Solid understanding of purposeful animations and motion in presentations. Excellent self-management skills; must be able to work independently and adapt quickly. Strong collaboration skills and ability to follow brand style guides. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Bonus: Experience working at an agency or Medical Device / Healthcare industry. Travel: Up to 25% travel may be required for this role.
