About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in an academic or research library, an ALA-accredited graduate degree in library or information science, and a proven track record of operational and financial management. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and to lead a team with a focus on professional growth and empowerment.
