In this role, you'll craft engaging content, grow our online community, and strategically position Face IQ Aesthetics as a leader in the aesthetic industry. Your Role: As the Social Media & Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence and internal marketing efforts. Working closely with our expert injector and team, you'll implement strategies to grow engagement, drive skincare product revenue, and build a loyal online community. Your work will showcase our premium services while fostering connections with existing and potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Growth: o Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow our online presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and other platforms, with a focus on increasing followers and engagement. o Highlight the skills and reputation of our injector by emphasizing patient transformations, advanced techniques, and educational content tailored to aesthetic professionals, while positioning the practice as a top-tier choice for aesthetic services. o Strategize fresh, creative post ideas that resonate with a sophisticated audience, incorporating a mix of patient-focused, educational, and humorous content that engages both patients and industry peers. Content Creation & Visual Storytelling: o Produce high-quality, visually compelling content, including photos, videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments, that aligns with our boutique, luxury brand. o Maintain a dynamic content calendar featuring educational posts, treatment highlights, niche humor, and skincare promotions. o Capture and showcase authentic before-and-after transformations and patient experiences. Community Engagement: o Foster a strong online community by engaging thoughtfully on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Threads. o Respond promptly to comments and messages to maintain high-quality interactions that reflect our practice's values. o Interact with other accounts in the aesthetics industry to build relationships and increase visibility. Analytics & Optimization: o Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement, and reach to refine strategies and achieve measurable goals. o Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations. o Stay informed of algorithm changes and address strategies to maintain optimal performance across all platforms. Internal Marketing Digital Integration: o Develop and execute strategies to promote seasonal offers, new treatments, client testimonials, exclusive events, and skincare product lines, driving traffic to social channels, the website, and in-practice purchases. o Seamlessly integrate digital platforms, including social media and the website, to create a cohesive and seamless client journey from initial engagement to booking and product purchase. o Post weekly Instagram stories featuring skincare products with purchase links, rotating products to keep promotions, fresh and engaging. o Monitor inventory levels for skincare products, and coordinate re-orders as needed. Brand Reputation & Trust: o Leverage testimonials, before-and-after photos, patient stories, and educational content to enhance trust and showcase expertise. o Maintain consistent alignment with our practice's values of professionalism, discretion, and premium service. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. 3 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within beauty, wellness, or healthcare industries. Proven success in growing and engaging social media audiences in niche or boutique markets. Expertise in creating high-quality, luxury-brand-aligned visual content (photography, videography, editing). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, optimize, and report campaign performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging, on-brand copy for various social platforms. Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Threads, Canva, and analytics tools. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about building meaningful connections through digital marketing. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.
