You will oversee key functions ranging from lead generation to pipeline acceleration while setting clear KPIs and optimizing marketing budgets. Your leadership will be instrumental in exploring new channels and technologies to enhance customer acquisition. This position involves leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering an innovative and collaborative culture, and working closely with sales, product management, and other stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with our overall go-to-market strategy. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue-generating marketing roles within high-growth B2B SaaS environments. A proven track record in demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns is essential, complemented by strong leadership skills and familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, AI tools, and data analytics platforms.
