Minneapolis, MN - onsite Compensation:
$46-51/hour W2 Schedule:
20-30 hours per week
What you'll do as the Graphic Designer:
Create compelling editorial and communication design materials, including presentations (decks/PPTs), templates, and graphic frameworks. Design branding elements, including logos, marks, packaging, signage, and mood boards. Develop immersive exhibits and experiential designs that tell a story. Assist in video editing (optional but a plus). Collaborate on product design concepts (experience in product design is a plus). Ensure timely and effective delivery of all design projects. What you'll bring to the Graphic Designer role: Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
3-4 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with concept development, product mockups, and editorial design. Ability to develop and create illustrations. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation design. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently with minimal direction. Prototyping and experience with Sketch. Must be local and available to work in the office. Nice to Have Skills (Optional):
Experience with 2D animation. Graphic and video editing experience.
