About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Marketing to lead the transformation of its brand and team, driving the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a talented and high-performing marketing team, as well as for driving brand awareness, market penetration, and new product launches. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in marketing, particularly in the beauty, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals sectors, and a deep understanding of the aesthetics and dermatological skincare market. The VP of Marketing will work closely with cross-functional leaders, including the VP of Sales, to ensure the successful implementation of brand strategy and will be accountable for the marketing budget and performance metrics. Applicants for the Vice President, Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or life sciences, with an MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' marketing experience, including at least 10 years in managerial and cross-functional roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product launch and life cycle management, as well as a sophisticated understanding of e-commerce and digital/media in the beauty and skincare industry. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to drive change and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
