Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Lead Quality

Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns across events, email, content, and digital platforms. Design scalable frameworks for transitioning Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to enhance revenue generation. Implement tracking and attribution systems to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI Work closely with Sales to refine lead qualification processes and improve conversion rates. Explore and identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and emerging industry trends. Brand and Content Leadership

Oversee content strategy and optimization, ensuring all materials align with our brand voice and drive engagement. Elevate our presence on the event circuit through strategic planning and creative execution. Direct PR initiatives to increase market visibility and thought leadership in collaboration with our agency. Manage relationships with design partners to maintain brand consistency and quality. Product Marketing

Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and partnerships. Create compelling product narratives and value propositions. Collaborate with the Product team to ensure marketing materials effectively communicate product benefits. Build and execute launch plans that drive adoption and engagement. Leadership

Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Product & Ops teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, enhance the customer journey, and optimize conversion rates. Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure seamless communication and strategy execution. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages experimentation and growth. Manage & optimize marketing budget and resources. Create processes that scale as the team and company grow Growth-Oriented Business Development

Explore and identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and emerging industry trends. Leverage insights to target new customer segments, expand the sales pipeline, and strengthen Trillium Surveyor's competitive position. What Success Looks Like:

Transform our MQL funnel into a powerhouse of highly qualified leads that drive revenue growth. Architect and execute a dynamic marketing strategy that scales with our ambitious growth trajectory. Establish Trillium Surveyor as the go-to thought leader in post-trade surveillance and best execution. Foster seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams, creating a unified force for success. Build and inspire a marketing team that pushes boundaries and delivers exceptional results. Drive decisions through data, demonstrating clear ROI and impact across all marketing initiatives. Qualifications:

10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in growth marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation. Success driving results in B2B and/or SaaS environments (bonus points for financial markets or compliance expertise!) A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into winning strategies. Mastery in running multi-channel marketing campaigns, especially in reaching and converting niche market segments. Technical prowess with CRM, marketing analytics, and Martech stacks (Hubspot experts most welcome!). Outstanding communication skills paired with exceptional problem-solving abilities. An insatiable curiosity and enthusiasm for collaboration with a high-performing team. A great sense of humor - because we believe the best work happens when we enjoy what we do.

Location : This is a hybrid-role based in NYC.
