Job Responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of our clients’ customers, competitors, marketplace, and business challenges. Establish yourself as a true client partner by nurturing strong relationships based on trust and collaboration. Oversee marketing programs and projects, ensuring they meet strategic goals, are delivered on time, and remain within budget. Supervise the creative development process, managing timelines and deliverables. Help create strategic recommendations and proposals that resonate with clients. Collaborate with the team to enhance profitability and identify opportunities for organic growth through new projects. Engage in the agency's new business initiatives. Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 7 years of agency experience. Strong background in B2B marketing. Expertise in project management; you can juggle multiple tasks and thrive under pressure while maintaining organization and prioritizing effectively. Excellent communication skills; you confidently voice your ideas and are comfortable challenging clients to improve outcomes. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing; familiar with technical language and experienced in managing website projects in collaboration with developers. Relationship builder; adept at negotiation and skilled in connecting with clients, designers, and developers to ensure satisfaction and exceptional output. Entrepreneurial mindset; proactive and solutions-focused, tackling both simple and complex challenges with enthusiasm. Team-oriented; you prioritize collaboration and contribute whenever necessary.
