The role also involves fostering strong client relationships, leading a team of biddable media professionals, and staying at the forefront of industry trends and technologies. The VP, Paid Search will be expected to drive the company's thought leadership in the biddable media space and act as a key liaison with major industry platforms. Applicants for the VP, Paid Search position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in managing large-scale, conversion-focused biddable media campaigns, with a specific focus on paid search. A proven track record of achieving high ROI, ROAS, and CPA/CPO, as well as experience in leading and mentoring teams, is essential. The role requires proficiency in SA360, Tableau, and Google Analytics 4, and a strong analytical background with a deep understanding of advanced statistical concepts. The ideal candidate will have a history of collaborating across teams to create integrated, multi-channel media strategies and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding growth targets. The ability to drive process improvements and implement leading technologies in paid search is also a key requirement.
