This is an exciting opportunity to focus on paid social, direct and programmatic display, media partnerships, and SEM. You will not only drive our existing client business but also play a pivotal role in expanding our paid media practice within the digital team. We are looking for a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for shaping the future of paid media. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both B2C and B2B initiatives, particularly lead generation campaigns, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the media industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership position. A deep understanding of top ad platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn is essential. You should have a proven track record in managing paid social, programmatic, and search campaigns, paired with proficiency in SEO and experience with notable consumer, e-commerce, and healthcare brands. This role also emphasizes team management and career development. You will mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
