About the Role
Join our dynamic team as the Senior Vice President of Paid Media, where you will spearhead the strategy and execution of innovative paid media programs. This is an exciting opportunity to focus on paid social, direct and programmatic display, media partnerships, and SEM. You will not only drive our existing client business but also play a pivotal role in expanding our paid media practice within the digital team. We are looking for a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for shaping the future of paid media.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both B2C and B2B initiatives, particularly lead generation campaigns, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the media industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership position. A deep understanding of top ad platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn is essential. You should have a proven track record in managing paid social, programmatic, and search campaigns, paired with proficiency in SEO and experience with notable consumer, e-commerce, and healthcare brands.
This role also emphasizes team management and career development. You will mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
