The Marketing Director will oversee the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives, loyalty programs, and large-scale customer events across Worldpac. With 6+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing impactful B2B marketing strategies, organizing high-quality events, and fostering customer engagement. This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to drive brand visibility and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Development Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance Worldpac’s brand presence and customer engagement.
Manage an enterprise customer loyalty program, driving enrollment and engagement through business leaders and multiple service providers.
Oversee digital, content, and traditional marketing campaigns to align with company goals and initiatives.
Event Planning & Management Lead the planning and execution of customer events, including trade shows, product launches, training workshops, and appreciation events.
Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of all customer-facing programs.
Develop post-event evaluations to measure impact and gather insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
Build and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and accountability.
Analytics & Reporting Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and events using KPIs, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI optimization.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
6+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on event planning and customer engagement.
Proven success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and high-profile events.
Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Passion for the automotive industry is a definite plus.
Pay Range USD $131,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
