Job Title: Marketing ManagerLocation: Laguna Hills, CaliforniaEmployment Type: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)Pay: Base salary starting at $3,500/month (depending on experience and performance) plus commissionPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth in California. This individual will develop and execute marketing strategies, oversee promotional campaigns, and build relationships with customers and industry partners. You will play a crucial role in building and sustaining relationships with dealers, builders, and design firms, while also promoting our high-quality, customized home and commercial solutions. This role involves occasional travel and participation in shows and events to showcase our products and expand our brand. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to target residential and commercial markets, focusing on dealers, builders, interior designers, and design firms.Brand Development: Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the California market, aligning with the TATACASA identity and values.Campaign Management: Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital (social media, Google ads) and traditional media.Dealer and Builder Engagement: Identify and develop relationships with dealers, builders, decoration companies, and design firms. Negotiate and sign cooperation contacts to expand the companys market reach.Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to connect with local contractors, builders, and homeowners to drive sales.Content Creation: Manage the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, social media content, and website updates.Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities to expand our market reach.Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and local organizations to create marketing opportunities. Attend events, trade shows, and meetings to promote products and secure contracts. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals. QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or manufacturing industries.Fluent in Mandarin and English (bilingual preferred)Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media, CRM software).Proven experience in brand development and executing successful marketing campaigns.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel as needed for events and meetings.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Familiarity with the California market and local business practices is a plus. What We OfferCompetitive compensation with a base salary and commission-based incentives.Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding business.Collaborative and supportive team environment.If you have expertise in any of the areas outlined above, we encourage you to apply.
