The Role:
The Digital Demand Marketing Associate Director will drive a coherent strategy across all digital media, enhance our online presence, increase user engagement, and contribute to organic growth for our business. They will contribute to through-the-funnel activities by leveraging the latest technologies, AI, personalization tactics and multi-media content assets (including videos and interactive) to drive results.
They work closely with internal stakeholders such as content creators and enterprise marketing function to align efforts and use data and analytics to optimize performance of web and digital campaigns to drive revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities: -Website optimization: Manage and optimize the website, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and user experience principles to enhance visibility and attract organic traffic -Digital campaign management: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels, including but not limited to, social media, email, SEO, SEM and display advertising to increase leads, website visibility and drive user engagement -Digital content oversight: Manage and optimize digital content assets across channels to ensure relevance and drive engagement for different customer segments -User Experience (UX): Collaborate with design and other internal teams to enhance the website's user experience, ensuring it aligns with standards and marketing goals -Serve as the ratings marketing team's lead expert on social, SEO, SEM, paid and multimedia, and gatekeeper of standards on posting of compelling and engaging content on digital channels -Analytics: Analyse digital marketing performance analytics to track user behaviour, ROI, campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimization -Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, turning visitors into leads or customers -A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various elements of the digital marketing mix, e.g. web landing pages, calls-to-action, advertising tactics to identify the most effective strategies -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across digital channels. -Provide training and support to team members on web, social media, SEO, paid advertising best practices and tools -Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements and skills -Minimum 5-7 years working experience in a relevant role -Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of successful digital campaigns -Proficiency in Content management system (e.g. AEM), advertising platforms such as Google Adwords, LinkedIn Advertising, social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Oktopost) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo). -Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, social media, online advertising, website analytics -Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and suite of products a plus -Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights -Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends -Collaborative and team-oriented approach with effective stakeholder and project management skills -Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
