Key Goals
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to implement and refine marketing strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the Agency of Record (AOR) and other marketing service providers.
- Increase brand awareness and improve brand reputation.
- Provide support and data collaboration with the Inside Sales team.
- Expand market penetration and customer acquisition efforts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and expanding market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve department and organizational goals.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content creation, social media, traditional advertising, and public relations efforts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation and execution of all campaigns.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message and strategy.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize performance and ROI.
- Execute and manage day-to-day marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with external marketing vendors, including the Agency of Record (AOR), to maintain consistency with organizational goals.
- Drive the ideation, creation, and prioritization of marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Optimize the company's CRM system by managing lead scoring, nurturing, and automated marketing workflows.
- Track and analyze marketing performance data to enhance lead scoring and improve customer acquisition metrics.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and project timelines for all marketing activities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop and implement cohesive marketing strategies that support business objectives.
- Partner with the AOR to create compelling marketing collateral and campaign materials.
- Plan and execute public relations initiatives, event marketing campaigns, and multimedia projects, including photography and video production.
- Organize and attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and strengthen brand visibility.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on completed projects, progress, and ongoing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a marketing team to achieve measurable results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with customers effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a creative mindset.
- Exceptional organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in product or service marketing with a strong understanding of Product Marketing principles.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel (including pivot tables and ROI analysis) and CRM/marketing platforms like HubSpot, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp.
- Experience managing internal teams and external providers, such as agencies and freelancers.
- High energy, creativity, curiosity, and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining meaningful customer relationships.
