Position Objective

Your role as the Creative Director is to envision and execute Advenir Azora's image and brand across multiple platforms. You will lead a Creative Team of graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, videographers, architectural visualizers, and other creative professionals to execute Advenir Azora's marketing initiatives and maintain its brand integrity. A key focus will be driving the successful rollout of the Advenir Azora rebranding effort and creating marketing collateral for LEO-branded lease-up communities.

You are responsible for the creative process from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring all work aligns with company goals, enhances brand value, and delivers measurable results.

Reporting Line

You report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In the absence of the CMO, you will report to the CEO.

Delegation of Authority

You are authorized to:
  • Spend or approve up to the budgeted expense on behalf of a community for projects under your purview.
  • Spend or approve up to the budgeted or CEO-approved expense for all Advenir Azora projects under your purview.
  • Negotiate contracts, with final approvals and signatures required by your supervisor.
Creative Director Expectations

As Creative Director, you will oversee creative processes across the company, delivering industry-leading campaigns and collateral. You will focus on strategic impact, operational efficiency, and talent development while nurturing the creativity of your team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

To measure success in this position, you will be evaluated against the following KPIs:
  1. Brand Consistency Score
    • Achieve a quarterly audit score of 90% or higher for brand consistency across all platforms and collateral.
  2. Campaign ROI (Return on Investment)
    • Ensure marketing campaigns contribute directly to community lease-ups, with measurable impact on leads generated and leases signed.
  3. Project Completion Rate
    • Deliver 80% of projects on or before deadlines, meeting or exceeding quality expectations.
  4. Rebranding Completion Progress
    • Meet or exceed all milestones for the rollout of the Advenir Azora rebranding initiative.
  5. Customer/Stakeholder Satisfaction Rating
    • Achieve a satisfaction rating of 90% or higher from internal stakeholders for creative deliverables.
Position Responsibilities

Winning in this position means achieving the following key results:

I. Creative Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Advenir Azora rebranding initiative, ensuring all deliverables align with the new brand identity and met rollout deadlines.
  2. Develop compelling visual concepts for corporate and community marketing campaigns, with a focus on LEO-branded lease-up communities.
  3. Collaborate with the CMO and Leadership to create innovative, goal-driven creative strategies.
  4. Ensure all creative work complies with Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing Laws.
  5. Maintain an archive of creative projects for future reference and brand consistency audits.
  6. Create marketing materials for all new Advenir Azora acquisition communities
II. Customer Relations
  1. Collaborate with the Acquisitions team to design investor/client presentations that align with brand standards.
  2. Act as the primary liaison between the Creative Team and internal stakeholders (e.g., Social Media, Digital Marketing, Leasing) to ensure clarity and priority in project execution.
  3. Maintain open communication with Leadership, onsite teams, and other departments to understand their needs and offer creative solutions.
III. Talent Management
  1. Recruit, hire, and mentor both in-house creative talent and freelance contractors to meet project demands.
  2. Conduct quarterly team huddles and annual performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
  3. Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment, ensuring alignment with Advenir Azora's core values.
  4. Provide training and encourage professional development to keep the team up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
IV. Project Management
  1. Oversee the production, timelines, and budgets for all creative projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  2. Use status reporting and tracking tools to monitor project progress and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  3. Anticipate potential roadblocks and implement solutions to ensure project success.
  4. Lead the creation of status reports and quarterly updates to keep stakeholders informed of progress and results.
  5. Lead new acquisition and lease up marketing collateral campaigns- Community branding, floorplans, site maps,outreach marketing materials, preferred employer materials and any other creative material required
V. Other Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain the Creative Team's internal infrastructure, including file organization, naming conventions, and process documentation.
  2. Collaborate on event planning for corporate initiatives, including the Impact Leadership Conference and team-building exercises.
  3. Assist in creating and executing marketing plans for lease-up communities and corporate initiatives.
  4. Ensure proper tracking of departmental expenses and report on budget usage.
